Are you ready?
Functional fitness classes are offered at seven different times a day Monday through Friday and twice on Saturday. The classes are comprised of a warmup/stretching session, targeted strength training and one of our signature workouts.
Monday - Friday:
5AM, 6AM, 7AM, 9AM, Noon, 5:15PM
Open Gym Monday-Friday:
7-9AM, 10-12, 1PM-5:15PM
