Functional fitness classes are offered at seven different times a day Monday through Friday and twice on Saturday.  The classes are comprised of a warmup/stretching session, targeted strength training and one of our signature workouts. 

Class Schedule:

Monday - Thursday:

5AM, 6AM, 7AM, 9AM, Noon, 4:15PM, 5:15PM

 

Friday:

5AM, 6AM, 7AM, 9AM, Noon, 4:15PM, 5:15PM

 

Saturdays:

8AM, 9AM
